PATNA: In view of post-Holi rush, Railways has decided to run several special trains to facilitate passengers reach their respective places conveniently. These special trains will either originate or pass through the jurisdiction of East Central Railway (ECR).
According to ECR chief public relations officer (CPRO), Birendra Kumar, Saharsa -Amritsar (05577) unreserved special train will leave Saharsa on Monday at 8.45 am and reach Amritsar next day at 5pm.
Besides, Railways is running another special passenger train (05029/05030 ) between Kathgodam and Thakurnagar via Bareilly-Gorakhpur- Chhapra- Barauni – Malda Town – Kolkata route.
The special train left Kathgodam at 10 am on Sunday and will reach Thakur Nagar next day at 7.30 pm. It will leave Thakurnagar on March 30 at 12.30am and reach Kathgodam on April 1 at 1.15 am .
